Demonstrating the effects of a primary care center designed for transition-aged youth with autism

This project will evaluate the effectiveness of the Center for Autism Services and Transition (CAST) model of personalized primary care to transition-aged autistic adults. Outcomes and costs will be compared with matched national samples, and factors that influence the effectiveness of CAST will be identified.
