Achieving Steady Work among Adults with Autism through Specialized Employment Program

This project will conduct a randomized clinical trial of the specialized employment program [Neurodiversity at Work Program (NaW)] for improving employment outcomes as well as quality of life (QoL) of individuals with ASD. NaW includes job coaching in the first 3 months, and on-going support from supervisors, mentors, co-workers, and therapists.
