The objective of the Initiative is to provide for the contribution of DNA and clinical and medical information from individuals in families in China who are affected by autism spectrum disorders to an open-access data repository of clinical and genetic information dedicated to promoting autism research. The Repository will be used by researchers in China and around the world, enabling a greater number of scientists to join in the search for factors that influence autism.
